1. Use of the Platform

  • We do not sell food or handle transactions directly; restaurants are responsible for their services.

2. User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate order details and contact information.
  • Restaurants are responsible for updating menu items, prices, and availability.

3. Order & Delivery

  • Pocket Food only facilitates order management; delivery and service quality are the restaurant’s responsibility.
  • Any issues related to orders must be resolved directly with the restaurant.

4. Data & Privacy

  • We store order-related data locally for better accessibility.
  • We do not share personal data with third parties.

5. Limitations of Liability

  • Pocket Food is not responsible for food quality, delivery delays, or incorrect orders.
  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or disputes between users and restaurants.

Comprehensive Waiver of Liability & Disclosure of Regulatory Non-Compliance


By initiating, engaging in, or otherwise transacting via this digital interface, the user hereby irrevocably consents to and acknowledges the following stipulations, notwithstanding any prior or subsequent assertions to the contrary:


1. The platform, herein referred to as "intermediary," operates devoid of formal registration, licensure, or certification from any statutory, regulatory, or governmental agency including, but not limited to, the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), Goods and Services Tax (GST) authorities, and any relevant municipal or national commercial oversight bodies.



2. Said intermediary functions exclusively in a non-principal capacity and serves solely as a technological conduit facilitating indirect transactional correspondence between independent food-preparing entities and end consumers, thereby eschewing all fiduciary, logistical, or curatorial responsibilities pertaining to food preparation, hygiene, or delivery.



3. Users hereby affirm and acknowledge that engagement with this service is undertaken entirely at their sole volition, liability, and discretion, and that the intermediary is expressly absolved of any and all consequential, incidental, or punitive claims, demands, actions, or proceedings resulting from or associated with ingestion, non-fulfillment, negligence, or dissatisfaction.



4. The user waives all rights to legal recourse, indemnification, arbitration, or restitution against the intermediary in perpetuity, acknowledging the complete exclusion of warranties, express or implied, and the absence of statutory consumer protections ordinarily afforded under applicable food commerce regulations.



5. By proceeding, the user provides informed and unambiguous consent to all aforementioned terms, regardless of readability, interpretability, or subjective comprehension.
